Using your account
You must provide accurate information when you create an account, and you’re responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Each account is for one individual student.
Lessons and lesson credits
Lessons are scheduled and lesson credits are tracked through SuperSaaS, our booking system. Credits are granted once a payment is confirmed and may expire after the period stated at the time of purchase.
If you cancel a booking yourself, your credit is returned only if you cancel with enough notice, as shown on the booking. If a teacher cancels a lesson, your credit is always returned in full, and if the cancellation happens less than 6 hours before the lesson’s start time, an additional credit equal to half the lesson’s cost is added to your account.
Reviews and other content you submit
Reviews are moderated before publication and, once approved, are displayed publicly with your initials and country only — never your full name or contact details. Please make sure anything you submit is honest and doesn’t contain anyone else’s personal information.
Acceptable use
Please don’t use elmedian.com to harass others, misrepresent your identity, attempt to access another student’s account or data, or interfere with the normal operation of the site. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use elmedian.com after a change means you accept the updated terms.
